Taking care of our bodies isn’t just about physical strength or appearance—it’s about the whole
person. If your mind isn’t strong, moving your body will feel like a chore. And if you’re not
confident in how your body looks or feels, it can affect you mentally. That’s because God created
us as a whole—mind, body, and soul (Matthew 22:37).
When I started working out in my early 40s, I wasn’t looking for another fad. I wanted a lifestyle
change. The harder I trained, the more I wanted to fuel my body well. I stopped restrictive diets,
learned how to get enough protein, cut back on sugar, and disciplined myself based on my goals.
It changed everything.
I’m not a fitness guru or personal trainer. This program isn’t about doing what I do—it’s about
setting your own goals and pursuing whole-person health. Fitness isn’t just physical—it’s
spiritual and mental, too.
I created this 75-day challenge for those who want community, accountability, and spiritual growth alongside their health goals. There are countless exercise and nutrition programs out there that can change your life if you stick with them. But this one includes what many don’t— spiritual disciplines built into your daily routine.

No! This challenge is beginner-friendly and scalable.
Dumbbells are optional. You can adjust exercises to your
comfort level.
No. The challenge closes after January 5th.
No, but weekly check-ins are encouraged for accountability and community support.
More aware of who God is because you started the year at His feet. Healthier mentally, physically, and spiritually, practicing disciplines that many give up on within two weeks of the new year. Most people WANT to read their Bibles. They WANT to workout and eat better. But they don’t want to do what it takes to stay consistent. Jesus said it best: “The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
Aren’t you excited to change that?
