What This Challenge Is About
I created this 75-day challenge for those who want community, accountability, and spiritual growth alongside their health goals. There are countless exercise and nutrition programs out there that can change your life if you stick with them. But this one includes what many don’t— spiritual disciplines built into your daily routine.
Over 75 days, you’ll focus on:
• Bible Reading: The Gospel of John—doable and not overwhelming.
• Spiritual Growth: Weekly reading from None Like Him by Jen Wilkin (11 chapters) to complement our John study.
• Exercise Plan: Weekly workouts with rest days and levels for both beginners and intermediates.
• Nutrition Tips: Practical suggestions to support your health goals—whether that’s cutting sugary drinks, avoiding added sugar, limiting eating out, or tracking your macros. You’ll be encouraged to hit at least 100g of protein daily, with tips to make it doable.
• Accountability & Community: Private Facebook group for workout demos, live Q&A sessions, encouragement, and weekly check-ins to share challenges and support each other.
