Question One
We’re going to talk a little about deconstruction today. Can you please explain what that is before we get in too deep?
Question Two
Natasha Crain posted that on X, Preston Sprinkle (biblical scholar, speaker, podcaster, a New York Times bestselling author, and is the co-founder and president of The Center for Faith, Sexuality & Gender) said, “Right wing, republican – only Christianity has contributed significantly to younger people deconstructing from the faith.” I have two questions about this:
1. First, do you see deconstruction happening within specific generations of people?
2. Does it have anything to do with political party affiliation?
Question Three
What are the reasons people are deconstructing from Christianity?
Question Four
Is there a healthy way to deconstruct?
Question Five
What can we do if someone tells us they’re deconstructing?
Question Six
Where can we find and follow you?
